Young Turner Scholarships
TURNmorrow and the Rocky Mountain Woodturning Symposium partnered to award 8 full registration scholarships to the 2026 Symposium for turners (or aspiring turners) ages 18-35. Find more information on our scholarships page.
We had a wonderful time at our 2026 symposium. Excellent demonstrations and tons of fun. We are already looking forward to next year!
About the Symposium
Participants choose from 45 rotations – including 7 hands-on sessions – given by some of the best woodturners in the world. The presentations have something for everyone, from the beginner to the professional.
We have a large vendor exhibit and a hands-on woodturning program area. An Instant Gallery is open to the public and all attendees are encouraged to bring up to three pieces and display their work.
Saturday and Sunday lunch is included in your full registration. During lunch on Saturday, there will be a critique of selected items from the Instant Gallery. On Sunday, lunch will feature our closing ceremony, auctions, door prizes, and our now World Famous Longest Shaving Contest! There will be opportunities to purchase (or win!) fine art, tools, and more.
Check-in will open Friday at 11 am, with the first demonstration starting at 12:30 (exact times are subject to change). On Friday evening we will host a meet-and-greet ice cream social and vendor showcase. The symposium closes Sunday after lunch, with door prizes, silent auction, awards, and more.
The symposium is open to anyone with an interest in woodturning and is the best value available.
